Teneebian skunk

ENT

Octavio Briswald’s field notes

February 24, 2121

I honestly don’t see what he’s so upset about. It’s only a little skunk. He normally likes these blasted unlovable creatures!

And I checked carefully to ensure the scent gland had been removed from the base of the tail. How was I to know that the Teneebian variety spits scent from its mouth instead? Or that it would build itself a nest under Fitzmurdle’s bed? Or that Fitzmurdle would peer under the bed while looking for his misplaced snork-toed hogglefeather anatomy sketches?

Really, if he just kept better track of his things, none of this would have happened.

The unexpected Teneebian skunk.
